This used to be my go-to nail place. I feel like each experience is hit or miss. The nail lady Sam, is by far the best technician there. Any time dealing with her, my nails turned out perfect. If she was busy, I got another technician, I've dealt with 4 others besides Sam, and they seemed to have the same rushed approaches. I used to go there quite often, be very happy with my nails and have such a great experience from Sam. Lately, it feels like they are too rushed to do a good job, and aren't paying good attention to detail. I left with crooked nails and a huge cut on my nail bed. While aggressively and quickly filing my nails near the end, I was cut by the file, leaving a deep and long scrape down my finger. I understand it could be an accident, but she cut me again after, on another finger, the same way. I am very surprised with my last experience but I won't be returning for my nails. I paid full price after a rushed experience resulting in two cuts on my fingers. Read Less

My nails have always turned out fine but I’m not a fan of the atmosphere. I have called to ask if they have any time available and they say yes just come right in which is great. So I go and the place is packed making me feel like I’m taking time away from someone else’s appointment. One person will start on my nails and then another person will come do them half way through and then they will get up to answer the phone and someone else will come do my nails. Last time I went, the lady I had kept on cutting me and she had me in tears but didn’t seem to care! Read Less

I went in to get a fill, and was asked by a lady where I last got my nails done (not there) I told her and then this man came over and started doing my nails. He used his own finger nail to remove my old gel nail (this was painful) so I asked him to stop. He also kept wiping his nose with his hands and didn’t wash them at all. He also checked his phone a few times. Then at the end he was like “see, nice nails” I was super pissed, paid and left :) so yeah. Wouldn’t recommend. Read Less

Usually when I go to this place I like the job they do on nails last time I went my nails were terrible when they asked me if I liked them I told them no. There was no offer to fix them or a discount or anything basically just pay and get out the door. Someone said my nails looked like someone stuck chiclets on them and another person said they look like blobs of acrylic are just stuck on and painted. Very Very disappointed cant wait for these to grow out and I can go somewhere else and get them fixed. Read Less

Ive gone in this place 4 times and will be in a chair for over an hour before anyone even asks what shape/style/color I want. By that time it is too late to get what I wanted, because the girl just did her own thing. When I try to talk to the girl doing my nails, she doesn't speak English and she just nods like she understands. I have no problem that most of your staff don't speak English, but the other staff members need to focus more on the customers who are dealing with the girls who do not speak English. Read Less

The young woman doing my nails kept on taking personal calls on her cell phone. She trimmed maybe 4 cuticles while on phone. She never filed my nails she never put cuticle gel on my nails. No hand or arm massage with lotion. I was charged $35 for that. She rushed through my service in 15mins for $35! I complained to management, they sloughed me off and laughed. Spoke and snickered in their language. If you are looking for good customer service, plus Affordable stand out results. Please spend your money elsewhere. Read Less

Have going to this place and had worst pedicure ever. They say that most people spend about 1.5 hours there, well today I was there and home in less than an hour. I asked her to work on my heels more, she just ignored me as if she didn't understand. I was barely sitting under the dryer and she had her coat on and out the door. Terrible pedicure, not sure if I will ever go back as I could have saved my money and done just as good if not better at home! Read Less

Having just moved to Regina, I was looking for a new place to get a pedicure. I was not disappointed! Service was fabulous, the price was perfect, and the ladies were great!
